  6.   manufacture hardware or create packaged software, but add value to
  7.   existing products.  It is maintained by Martin Michlmayr

  12.   This is the Linux VAR HOWTO.  It contains a listing of service
  13.   companies which do not manufacture hardware or create packaged
  14.   software, but add value to existing products.  This added value can
  15.   take many forms, such as installation of Linux on computer hardware,
  16.   configuration, or custom applications.  However, at the moment the
  17.   Linux VAR HOWTO only contains companies selling preconfigured hardware
  18.   for the purpose of running Linux.  Companies offering other services
  19.   are invited to contact the maintainer Martin Michlmayr at
  20.   <tbm@cyrius.com> for a listing.
